The Texas-based TikTok creator didn’t hold back when recounting the experience, opening with the now-viral line, “Can we just talk about the absolute nightmare of a first date I went on last night in Dallas, Texas?” And honestly, once you hear the details, it’s hard not to feel secondhand embarrassment.
According to her story, things actually began on a high note. She managed to score seriously impressive seats, just a couple rows behind the bench, for a bargain price through a friend. Wanting to make the most of the opportunity, she invited a man she had recently matched with online. He agreed to join her and paid her back for his ticket, which, on paper, sounds perfectly reasonable.
