California’s Khloe Kardashian Gives Sister ‘Permission’ to Date Ex Tristan Thompson: ‘The Baton Is Passed’
Khloe Kardashian has always been one to speak her mind. The reality star is often seen on social media or her television shows making jokes, confronting her famous California family members, and even opening up about her messy relationship history. However, her latest comments involving her sister, Kim Kardashian, and ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, left some fans surprised.
In the first episode of Khloe’s brand new Hulu series, The Girls, the mother-of-two was seen hanging out with a group of friends. During the gathering, the awkward subject about dating each other’s exes was brought up. When Khloe decided to weigh in on the subject, she revealed that she didn’t care who dated her baby daddy, Tristan, including her own sister, per In Touch.
“I wouldn’t care if Kim hooked up with Tristan. I gave permission; I give permission. The baton is passed,” Khloe tells her friends. When one friend said that the situation would be “a little gross,” Khloe backtracked a bit, revealing that she didn’t actually say that.

“I’m just saying, when you’re really like that chapter is closed, I have love and respect and you have a great relationship. I wanna see you happy, so I want you with the best person that I could think of,” she added.
In the past, Kim Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have been seen out together sans Khloe. Of course, rumors always tend to circulate about the famous brood. Khloe herself has often been the center of speculation that she may have a romantic connection to her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy, Scott Disick.

However, it seems that the sisters aren’t dating each other’s exes just yet. Kourtney is happily married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. Meanwhile, Kim has been dating Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton for months. Khloe remains happily single, although she has expressed that she’s open to love via her podcast.
Whether or not anyone takes her up on the offer, Khloe Kardashian’s comments make one thing clear: when it comes to Tristan Thompson, that chapter is truly closed for her.
