When getting fast food, or any food from a restaurant, for that matter, the expectation is that it will be clean and edible. However, that is just not always the case, sadly. Take this recently posted TikTok video for a prime example. The clip has around 111K likes as well as 2.5 million views, as she made a gross discovery following her Chick-fil-A trip. Social media users are freaking out after watching this video, as the woman’s salad has an uninvited guest inside.
The TikTok video begins with a close-up of the woman’s food as she explains that she had just gotten it from Chick-fil-A and was cutting it up to eat it. However, she then notices something that should absolutely not be in her salad, or any salad, as a matter of fact. As she brings the food closer, viewers can then hear some kind of strange crackling noise, almost like a frog. However, the woman quickly points out that there is a massive moth sitting in her salad, as she is clearly grossed out by the situation. Luckily, the Oregon woman claims that she had not taken a bite of the food yet, and now she never will.
TikTok Freaks Out Following Disturbing Chick-fil-A Discovery
The TikTok comment section was racing after this, as many users had a lot of questions regarding this woman’s fluffy discovery. “Is it making that noise?” asked one. “Girl, I think that’s a hawk moth. They make that sound,” pointed out another. Someone else also said, “The fact that it blends so well is scary.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “Not to be dramatic, but I would’ve cried.”
Sadly, the TikTok would come to an end following this discovery. However, the Oregon woman would post a few more parts to the story, as she also shows off the moth a little more. In the second clip, the caption explains that the Chick-fil-A manager basically did not care about the situation as they allegedly told the woman that they had just “Missed” the insect when inspecting her food.
At last, the final TikTok video just shows off the insect a little more, and even uses AI to make it look like the moth spreads its wings. At the end of the day, at least this Oregon woman didn’t eat or hurt the insect by mistake. Hopefully, she just let the little thing go free and then got herself some new food to eat.
