Freedom was recently removed from a WNBA game in Chicago, Illinois, after he got into a verbal altercation with a Sky player. Now, Kanter claims he is looking into legal action following his removal from said game.
In a recent News interview with Fox, Enes Kanter Freedom threatens that he is, in fact, “Looking into a lawsuit” regarding his removal from the Chicago Sky game. Freedom also claims that he “Didn’t break any rules; I didn’t say anything to players.” Yet, that is a blatant lie as seen in the clip of the former NBA player getting kicked out; he was yelling at Illinois’ Natasha Cloud. Enes was also wearing a shirt with the definition of the word woman on it. It seems pretty clear he knew exactly what he was doing and was looking to start a fight.

Enes Kanter’s crusade against the WNBA stems from the recent conversation regarding transgender athletes. Freedom states that he wants to “Protect women” by not letting trans players into the league. However, it is a nonissue as there are currently zero active trans players in the WNBA.
Social media users also seem fed up with this man’s desperate grab for attention, as many users on X would rush to roast the former athlete. “They have the right to refuse service and kick anyone out, bro,” wrote one. Another said, “For the love of all that is holy, stop giving this dork attention.” Someone else then said, “I’m protecting women by suing their sports teams.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “He stepped toward the baseline while verbally engaging with a player. That’s enough to warrant being kicked out. Sorry snowflake.”
Enes Kanter Freedom has seemingly made it his mission to try and get as much attention as possible. After a lackluster NBA career, instead of enjoying his retirement and money, he decides to spend his time getting kicked out of WNBA games in Illinois. At the end of the day, this behavior is truly just sad. Hopefully, Enes Kanter Freedom can get the help he needs soon.
