In the most widely shared clip, the man is holding his phone out expectantly, asking her to enter her number. Calmly and with the patience of someone who has absolutely had enough, she types in 911.
Somehow, he still didn’t get it. He stares at her, confused, and asks for her number again. That’s when she informs him she already gave it to him. Rather than taking the hint (or perhaps recognizing the giant flashing red flag), he deletes 911 and asks her to put in her “actual” number.
So she types 911 again. That finally seems to break through whatever delusion he was operating under. He stands up and leaves. TikTok commenters were collectively gasping through their screens. One wrote, “girl he’s so close, I’m suffocating.” Another viewer couldn’t believe his persistence, saying, “The fact he tried again.” Because yes. The fact that he tried again.

Others pointed out what many were thinking: “Girl you should’ve pressed the call button.” And judging by the way he reacted when she entered 911 the second time, that might have sent him sprinting out the door even faster.
