Once the questionable photo from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash was posted on Instagram, one thing became glaringly obvious. Kourtney wasn’t smiling. Not even a courtesy smile. Then the situation escalated again when large decorative hedges were placed outside the property to block the street… without a required permit.
Yes. At a 70th birthday party… hedge drama. People online were savage, calling the whole thing embarrassing and “a chaotic circus featuring adults who should know better.” And honestly, watching hundreds of grown celebrities scramble as cops showed up didn’t exactly scream sophistication.
While the rest of the family smiled like they were contractually obligated to radiate happiness, Kourtney did the exact opposite. She didn’t perform, didn’t pretend. And didn’t participate in the Kardashian illusion of perfection.
