During her stay at the Emily Morgan Hotel, the woman documented her experience for TikTok. @nalgasychisme’s footage revealed an empty hallway. Yet it was filled with the metallic squeak of an elevator and the unmistakable sound of dragging chains. Even when she called the elevator to test it, everything seemed to work normally. Yet the unsettling noises continued, making her feel watched.

Texas locals and frequent visitors to the hotel weren’t shocked. The Emily Morgan has a long-standing reputation for paranormal activity. Built near the historic Alamo and once a medical facility, the building is said to be home to spirits that wander its halls. Guests have reported phantom nurses, footsteps on empty floors, and elevators mysteriously stopping on unoccupied levels.

“My husband took me there for a staycation…. Our room was on the 14th floor in the corner. I made him get another room cause I was so freaked out. They put us on the 6th floor. I still couldn’t sleep,” another spooked visitor recalls.
“We stayed here, and let me tell you nope, not again,” another shares.
“Rumors? No, honey, you’re dealing with actual spirits,” one more warns.
