Social media users seem to love online videos of people encountering Karens. Those kinds of clips seem to always go viral quickly. Take this recently posted TikTok video, for example. The clip has around 452K likes and 3.5 million views as a group of young Louisiana boys have a heated altercation with an older woman inside a McDonald’s. Viewers seemingly just can’t get enough of the drama either, as this video continues to do well online.
The TikTok video would then start off with a group of the young boys being a little too wild inside of a McDonald’s. The boys can be seen kind of pushing one another around, and just generally being loud. However, it’s pretty typical kid stuff, to be honest. Nevertheless, it is “Unacceptable behavior,” while out in public. Yet, what happens next is arguably even more unacceptable. The Louisiana Karen can then be seen coming out of the back of the McDonald’s dining room, yelling at the children for acting this way. However, one of the kids boldly asks, “Who are you?” The woman gets right in his face and says, “You better shut the f***k up.”
TikTok Reacts To Louisiana McDonald’s Karen
The TikTok comment section was up in arms following this, as many users would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and opinions regarding this encounter. One wrote, “As a mom, I hope my kid is the one who speaks up. He wasn’t disrespectful. Don’t care. Don’t curse at my kid.” Another said, “I’m with the kid; she had no right to cuss at him.” “Teenage boys are actual professional rage baiters,” someone else pointed out. Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “Respect goes both ways.”
As the clip continues, the rest of the group of boys get pretty quiet after the woman started to swear at them. However, the young boy doesn’t back down as he states, “I’m a young educational young learner, and swearing does not help.” At this point, the man behind the camera then chimes in as he starts to say, “Boys, you’re talking to an adult.” Yet, this Louisiana woman did not handle this situation like an adult at all.
Sadly, the TikTok video would come to an end after this brief confrontation. At the end of the day, this group of Louisiana boys was certainly misbehaving. However, this woman had no right to talk to any of them the way that she did. Hopefully, both sides learned a valuable lesson from this exchange, so it can be avoided altogether next time.
