The company also confirmed that the matter was handled quickly and that the employee involved is no longer part of the team. “The matter was addressed immediately with the store owner, and the employee involved is no longer with the company.”
Grain & Berry also emphasized that they appreciate members of the military and their families, noting that the business has long offered a special discount as a small way of showing gratitude. “We have deep appreciation for the veterans and military families in our communities and are proud to have always offered a Local Heroes discount for active duty military, veterans, and first responders as a small way to say thank you for their service.”
