Everything’s bigger in Texas, including the drama that can come out of a takeout order. A woman, later discovered to be a MAGA supporter, recently went viral after claiming her family meal from Texas Roadhouse came with something far worse than overcooked fries or missing rolls. According to her now-viral TikTok, the steak she ordered had such a bizarre, mushy texture that it nearly made her throw up.
The woman, who said she’s been a longtime fan of the restaurant’s chicken and salads, decided to treat her family to a hearty dinner. But after cutting into the steak, her first time trying beef from the chain, she immediately knew something wasn’t right. “What would you do if somebody fed you a steak that was pure mush?” she asked her followers, poking at the meat with a spoon. “The whole steak just turns to mush.”
In her video, she described the steak’s interior as “soft,” “pasty,” and “like mashed potatoes or pâté.” She even noted that the piece flopped apart instead of slicing cleanly, lacking the fibrous structure of any normal cut of meat. Though it didn’t smell rotten, she said there was definitely a “funky” odor that made her uneasy. Her reaction was pure disgust. “I took a bite of it in my mouth,” she said, “and I almost threw up all over the place.”
Texas MAGA Woman Called Out After Receiving Mushy Steak
Too sick to return the order in person, the woman instead asked the internet for help identifying whatever strange substance had ended up on her plate. She tagged Texas Roadhouse in hopes of an explanation, but what she got instead was an online comment section that quickly turned political.
The drama didn’t stop at dinner. Some eagle-eyed TikTok users scrolled through her previous videos and noticed she was an outspoken Trump supporter. Within hours, her comments were filled with critics tying her bad meal to politics.
The Internet Had A Lot Of Opinions
“People, she’s MAGA. She voted for this. No sympathy please,” one commenter wrote. Another chimed in, “Trump’s America, y’all. You voted for your food to not be regulated.” Others jumped on the bandwagon, posting things like, “You got what you voted for. What’s the problem?” and “Someone got rid of FDA regulations… hm… can anyone jog my memory on who that is?”
The whole ordeal quickly shifted from a gross food mystery to a full-blown online debate about food safety, politics, and personal accountability. Whether the strange steak was a kitchen mix-up, a freak cooking error, or something more sinister, it seems that this Texas woman won’t be ordering steak again anytime soon.
