Priscilla Presley is back in the headlines. The former wife of Elvis Presley is once again caught in a whirlwind of legal drama. But this time it involves a shocking claim tied to her late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley‘s death.
The Presley name has never been free from scandal, but this latest round of accusations could be the most damaging yet. Lisa Marie’s death from cardiac arrest was already a devastating blow to the family, but now, months later, old wounds are being ripped wide open.
Radar Online reports that Priscilla’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have filed a $50 million countersuit that doesn’t just accuse her of stiffing them on payments. It goes much further. They allege Priscilla “pulled the plug” on Lisa Marie’s life support far too early, claiming it was part of a desperate grab for control over the Presley family’s finances.
Court filings point to growing tension before Lisa Marie’s passing. Allegedly, just weeks earlier, Lisa Marie had begun the process of removing her mother as sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust. According to the lawsuit, Priscilla was determined to take back that authority.
Priscilla’s camp, however, isn’t holding back. Her lawyer, Marty Singer, blasted the claims as “nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman” and is pushing to have the case dismissed.

If this sounds messy, that’s because it is. Priscilla and her accusers have a history. She previously sued Kruse and Fialko for elder abuse and financial fraud, claiming they tricked her into giving up more than $1 million in earnings.
And it’s not the only family feud she’s been wrapped up in. After Lisa Marie’s death, Priscilla went head-to-head with granddaughter Riley Keough over the $35 million estate. The battle only ended after Riley agreed to a $1 million payout for Priscilla. And with Riley taking full control of the estate and the sub-trusts for Lisa’s twin daughters, Harper and Finley Lockwood.
With this new $50 million lawsuit hanging over her, Priscilla could be facing one of the ugliest chapters of her public life. If the court takes the allegations seriously, the fallout could permanently stain the Presley name.
