A man from North Carolina is sharing what he calls the most unsettling date he has experienced in years, and even now, he admits he hesitated before telling the full story. What began as an exciting connection with a woman he met online quickly spiraled into something he still struggles to explain. According to him, the night became so strange that he now warns others to pay close attention to who they invite into their lives. Because sometimes a bad date can feel like much more than just bad chemistry.

The North Carolina man shared on TikTok that he had been talking online with a woman for a while and felt they had an instant connection. Their conversations flowed naturally, and when she mentioned she would be visiting the area because she was considering relocating, meeting in person seemed like the obvious next step.

At first, everything felt surprisingly normal. He said she told him she was a real estate agent from Florida and shared that faith was important to her. Since religion is a major part of his life, he saw that as a positive sign. The date was going so well that he even introduced her to his brothers, who reportedly liked her immediately. Things moved even faster when he brought her to meet his mother, something he says rarely happens on a first date.

But within minutes, the evening took a strange turn. While talking with his family, the woman reportedly described herself as a “Muslim,” a statement that immediately caught everyone off guard. His mother politely brushed it off, but he later admitted that it was the first moment he realized he had not asked enough questions.

As the night continued back at his home in North Carolina, the woman suddenly began talking about marriage. On the very first date. Then the conversation shifted again when she asked him how he felt about threesomes and told him she expected outside partners to remain part of any future marriage.

That was when he said everything started falling apart. The woman then admitted she was not actually a real estate agent at all. She worked in a strip club before trying to convince him to take her to one during their date. When he declined, her mood changed instantly.

He says she became angry, started insulting him, and began shoving him inside his own home. Hoping to calm the situation, he stepped outside to grab his Bible from his truck. But when he returned, he claims her behavior became even more disturbing.

Night Takes An Evil and Chaotic Turn

According to him, the moment she saw the Bible, she began screaming. Complaining of a headache and demanding that he stay away from her. When he tried handing her water and medicine, she knocked it from his hand.

He finally drove her to the airport, blocked her number, and assumed the bizarre evening was over. The next day, his mother called him with chills of her own. She told him she felt a dark presence after the woman left. So much so, she had even prayed throughout her house because something felt wrong. Especially in the bathroom that the woman had used.

When he told his mother what happened after he brought out the Bible. She quietly told him she believed the woman had been carrying something deeply troubling with her. Whether someone believes in the supernatural or not, the North Carolina man says the lesson is simple.

Someone protect this man,” one commenter writes.

“Always listen to your MOTHER!” another chimes in.

“Me watching this as a mom with a boy is absolutely terrifying!!” a third writes.

Know who you are dating, trust your instincts, and never ignore your mother when she says something feels wrong. Sometimes, the creepiest part of dating is realizing a stranger can hide far more than just red flags.
