‘I’m Sick of People Like You’: Oklahoma Men’s Target Pokémon Card Dispute Erupts in Front of Child
Lately, it would seem some people take the purchasing of Pokémon cards very seriously. There are countless clips online that show heated altercations regarding the card game, as there can be a lot of money in the reselling of the cards. Now, with that being said, this recently posted TikTok video is another example of how worked up people can get over this kids’ game. The clip has around 36K likes and 2.4 million views as Two Oklahoma men get into an altercation outside of a Target regarding Pokémon cards.
Unfortunately, the TikTok video would start off with the altercation already taking place. However, the person recording was able to get most of the action on-camera. Viewers can then see two men getting into one another’s faces as they trade insults. Vulgar language can also be heard in abundance, which is disappointing considering there is a child present. Nevertheless, the two Oklahoma men seem to be on the verge of actually fist-fighting.
This entire incident allegedly stems from the man in the black shirt and his child stepping out of the line waiting to get into the Target. The store had not even opened, yet there was a decently long line waiting to get in just for the Pokémon cards. Once, the Oklahoma man and his son attempted to get back in line; the other man spoke up, and one thing led to another.
TikTok Reacts To Oklahoma Men’s Pokémon Battle
The TikTok comment section also had a lot to say regarding this altercation, as many users would hurry to leave behind their own thoughts and opinions. “One of them was scared, and the other was glad that he was,” said one. Another wanted to know, “Was this over Pokemon cards?” A different viewer then pointed out, “They are literally the same person.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “It’s a 50-50 chance who takes the crown on this one; they were both scared of each other.”
As the TikTok continues, the two Oklahoma men’s altercation starts to escalate a little. At one point, the man in the black shirt tells the other, “I’m sick of people like you.” He then starts to scream very loudly, “Are you happy now?” at the man, which causes his son and the rest of the people in line to leave the area.
Sadly, the clip would then come to an end, though. At the end of the day, this was some just horrible behavior from two fully grown men; one even had his family with him. Hopefully, this Oklahoma Target altercation can be a lesson to everyone involved that it is not that serious, especially when the only thing at stake are Pokémon cards.
