For the most part, living right next door to someone is no big deal. However, that is just not always the case, though. Take this recently posted TikTok, for example. The clip has around 40K likes and 570K views, as this Georgia family has to deal with an extremely annoying neighbor who calls the police on their children. Social media users also apparently just can’t get enough of this neighborhood drama as the video continues to go viral.
Unfortunately, the TikTok video would start off with the action already underway, as a law enforcement officer appears at the family’s front door. The text on the screen does give a little context to the situation, though, as it reads, “Neighbor called the police because an 8-year-old was ‘threatening’ them.” The officer can then be heard if he can step inside the home to talk about the matter, “Regards your neighbor over here.” Of course, the Georgia family allowed the officer inside, as they have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide.
TikTok Reacts To Crazy Georgia Neighbor
As the clip goes on, the law enforcement officer explains, “Apparently, there was an 8-year-old that was verbally assaulting her, and now she’s scared.” The child’s father doesn’t seem too shocked by this as he states “She calls on us all the time for no reason.” He then goes on to tell the officer that the woman actually harasses his children with mean hand gestures and horrible language. Finally, the cop would point out that the neighbor allegedly “Fears for her safety,” due to an 8-year-old child.
Unsurprisingly, the TikTok comment section had so much to say about this encounter. Many users would then rush to leave behind their own thoughts and opinions regarding the matter. “First and foremost! No one should be speaking to the children,” pointed out one. Another wrote, “Even the cop seemed confused.” Somebody else then stated, “I’m so sorry you and your family have to deal with that.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “Scared of an 8-year-old? That’s wild.”
With that, the TikTok would start to come to an end, though. However, the Georgia homeowner also explains that his younger child told him that they do not want to go in their own backyard due to this woman. The police officer does, in fact, seem to take that pretty seriously as he states, “That is good information for me to have.” At the end of the day, these kids should not be scared to play outside. Hopefully, the annoying neighbor stops harassing this nice family, but sadly, they seem pretty set on doing so.
