The pitcher gently lobs the ball toward home, and everything seems standard until the catcher, who is on the same Ohio team, pipes up with a few critiques about how the ball was thrown. Apparently, he wasn’t a fan of the pitch. That’s when things start to unravel.
In the video, the catcher can even be heard telling the batter not to swing, which immediately sets off tension between him and the pitcher. What follows is a petty but strangely entertaining argument over whether the previous pitch was a ball or a strike.
