According to the TikTok, the manager didn’t apologize, didn’t express concern, and didn’t exactly handle the moment with care. Instead, he allegedly put in the bare minimum and told her to Google Chick-fil-A’s corporate number. For a chain known for its over-the-top friendliness and famously polished customer service, this response shocked viewers. Many users chimed in, saying they’ve had similar issues with managers who brush off complaints.
Despite the disappointing interaction, the woman did receive a full refund, but that’s about all she got. And honestly, most people would expect a lot more when they accidentally bite into chicken that looks like it came from the deep, dark unknown.
