Delaware Woman Receives Damaged Package And Her Replacement Is Broken Too, Then She Checks Her Cameras: ‘Actually Insane’
Online shopping has become second nature for millions of consumers. With just a few taps, almost anything can be delivered directly to a front door, making it easy to avoid crowded stores and long checkout lines. But that convenience comes with one major tradeoff: customers have to trust that their purchases will actually arrive in good condition. When that trust is broken, it’s often security cameras, not customer service representatives, that end up telling the story.
That’s exactly what happened in a viral TikTok posted by a Delaware homeowner, who claims her packages were damaged after a delivery driver repeatedly threw them onto her porch instead of placing them down. The video has since attracted around 371,000 views and 25,000 likes, with viewers expressing disbelief over the apparent handling of the deliveries.
The TikTok footage, captured by the homeowner’s security camera, begins with a delivery driver walking toward the front entrance. Rather than climbing the final few steps to the porch, the driver stops several feet away.
Delaware Woman Cursed With Horrible Delivery Driver
Instead of setting the package down, the driver hurls it toward the porch, where it lands with a loud smack against the concrete. According to the TikTok, the impact broke the item inside. After taking a delivery photo, the employee turns around and leaves.
Unfortunately for the homeowner, the damaged package wasn’t an isolated incident.
Because the first item allegedly arrived broken, she ordered a replacement. A few days later, the same delivery driver, wearing a different outfit, returned with the second package.
According to the video, history repeated itself.
Once again, the driver stopped short of the porch, tossed the package from several steps away, photographed the delivery, and walked off. The homeowner says the second item was also broken from the impact.
The repeated nature of the incident is what appears to have resonated most with viewers. A single rough delivery might be dismissed as an isolated mistake, but seeing the same alleged behavior happen twice fueled frustration throughout the comment section.
TikTok reacts To Bad Delivery Driver
“Not surprised, but that’s all I’m gonna say,” one viewer wrote.
Another commented, “I stopped ordering from TT shop because of GOFO.“
Curious viewers began asking questions about the company, with one person writing, “What is GOFO, so that I never use them?“
Another simply reacted, “That was actually insane.“
Package delivery videos have become a surprisingly popular corner of social media, especially as doorbell cameras become more common. Clips showing careless deliveries, porch pirates, or exceptional customer service regularly generate hundreds of thousands of views because they’re instantly relatable. Almost everyone who shops online has experienced the anxiety of wondering whether an expensive purchase will arrive safely, making videos like this resonate far beyond the people directly involved.
Toward the end of the TikTok, the Delaware homeowner shares a screenshot identifying the delivery company as GOFO. The image shown in the video also displays a mix of online reviews, including customer complaints about the company’s service.
Another Viral TikTok Has Users Picking Sides
While the viral clip presents only one side of the situation, it has nonetheless sparked discussion about delivery standards and accountability. Security cameras have increasingly shifted the balance of power between customers and delivery services, providing video evidence that can support complaints when packages arrive damaged.
Whether viewers saw the video as frustrating, amusing, or simply unbelievable, the conversation reflects a broader expectation that convenience shouldn’t come at the expense of basic care. For many online shoppers, the biggest concern isn’t just whether a package arrives on time. It’s whether what’s inside survives the trip to the front door.
