Authorities later revealed that 28-year-old Cristian Solorio had been fixated on the victim for weeks. What began with repeated visits to her workplace turned into something much more invasive. He began following her home, watching her routine, and even sleeping in his car outside her residence. By the time the incident occurred, the situation had already crossed into deeply troubling territory.
California Stalking Case Takes a Disturbing Turn
Investigators say Solorio’s behavior grew increasingly bold over time. He reportedly showed up multiple times a day at the woman’s job, asking her out despite clear rejection. When that didn’t work, he escalated. He began tracking where she lived and allegedly keeping watch from outside.
