According to the family, who shared their story in a TikTok video, the shocking situation unfolded at a Burger King location in Washington. They claim that one of their drinks, a lemonade, may have been contaminated before it was handed over to them. And when their young son took a sip, he immediately knew something was off.
The woman behind the camera explained that her son handed the drink to his father after noticing that it “tasted weird.” That’s when things went from odd to alarming. Her husband reportedly opened the lid, gave it a sniff, and was immediately convinced that something foul and possibly human had been added to the cup.

Her husband checks the replacement, opens the lid, and sniffs it. “This one smells normal,” he says, before refusing to take it. “I don’t even want it.” The entire exchange feels painfully awkward the kind of moment that would leave anyone unsure what to do next.
