Being a parent is certainly not for everyone. The amount of patience and self-control that it takes to raise a child may truly shock a lot of people. However, this recently posted TikTok video is the perfect example of what not to do around your children, especially when they are still very young. The clip has around 2.8 million likes and 28.5 million views as this insane Tennessee family causes a huge scene in a parking lot, right in front of their clearly scared children.
Sadly, the TikTok video would begin with the altercation already taking place. However, viewers are treated to a front-row seat to this nonsense. As the clip goes on, viewers can see a shirtless man walking up to the person recording as he flexes. While he does so, his wife can be heard yelling in the background about how they have kids. Finally, when the angry Tennessee man gets up to the camera, he starts threatening the couple and yelling curse words.

However, the angry Tennessee man does, in fact, do nothing to the other guy in the clip. Although while his wife screams about their children being there, viewers can see the little boy and girl crying out of fear and confusion. At this point, the other man states that the woman needs to control her husband, and he certainly isn’t wrong. This is never an okay way to act, but even more so when young children are present. Although this guy was just all talk, as he put his shirt back on, and continued hurling insults.
The TikTok comment section also seemingly couldn’t keep quiet about what they had just seen. Many users would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes regarding the encounter. “I thought this was a skit at first,” wrote one. Another pointed out, “The kids yelling dad stop, that’s so sad.” Someone else then stated, “Those poor babies.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “I would actually get a divorce, that’s so embarrassing.”
Unfortunately, the clip would end there. However, the same account would post a Story Time video with the other man filling in the missing context in the viral clip. The Tennessee man then explains that all of this allegedly stemmed from both families attempting to find a parking space. It would seem as though the angry man thought he was being followed, when in reality, this guy and his wife were just looking for a place to park. At the end of the day, this was a very sad and scary encounter. Hopefully, those kids are safe when at home, at the very least.
