Road rage videos are truly everywhere these days. Pull up any number of social media apps, and there are certain to be countless clips. That’s also the case for this recently posted TikTok video. The clip has around 340K likes and 8.5 million views as it has officially reached viral status. TikTok users seemingly just can’t get enough of this 19 second road way drama as these two Oklahoma drivers do battle mid-commute.
The TikTok starts off with one of the drivers stopped at a traffic light or stop sign. However, the other can be seen whipping around the stopped car as the woman in the vehicle throws a piece of trash out her window. The item hits the speeding car as the person driving slams on the brakes and throws it in reverse. After backing up to be eye level with the Oklahoma woman, an altercation would ensue, as shouting can be heard. The man recording is also very excited about the situation as he can be heard yelling, “Road Rage, Road Rage!” The two drivers then share an exchange of very vulgar language. Sadly, though, it is unknown what caused the original incident besides the woman throwing the trash.
TikTok Makes Fun Of Oklahoma Road Rage
The TikTok comment section found this very funny, however. Many would flock to the video to take sides and crack jokes. “Backed up just to do nothing?” asked one. Another joked, “Altima on Altima. Everyone else, stay out of it.” One other person commented, “Nissan Altima drivers have nothing to lose.” One commenter pointed out, “The way you excitedly said road rage is sending me.” Finally, one other person’s comment states, “I know her heart stopped when she saw them reversing.” It would seem as though, without too much context, this is just a funny video for people to make jokes about.
As the TikTok goes on, so does the altercation between these two Oklahoma drivers. Although not for too much longer. After the screaming match, the person who had revered decided it was time to leave. They would then speed off, leaving the woman behind and a little confused.
At the end of the day, at least nobody was hurt. However, this kind of behavior from both Oklahoma drivers is just unacceptable. Driving is a privilege, not a right. Yet, many don’t treat it as such. Hopefully, these two can work on their anger issue for the future, as a good driver is a calm driver.
