New York residents are used to seeing wild and wacky things on a regular basis. With that many people occupying the city, those within the limits are bound to stumble upon some strange situations. However, while some shrug it off and go about their business, others fight back, and that’s exactly what happened when one man wearing a bicycle helmet crossed the line with his trash-throwing antics.
In a buzzworthy TikTok video, a white man wearing sunglasses, a helmet, dark suit, scarf, and a tan coat can be seen arguing on the street with a Black man sporting jeans, a t-shirt, and holding a skateboard.
The two men are obviously having a heated disagreement. However, it’s unclear what they were arguing about in the middle of the busy street. After growing tired of using his words, the man in the helmet decides to use actions instead. He’s filmed heading to the corner of the street and picking up a bag of old trash.
New York Man Throws Bags Of Trash At Others On The Street
He then hurls the bag of trash at the man with the skateboard. Then he grabs even more bags of trash and runs toward another man wearing a beanie, throwing the bags in his direction as well. The man with the skateboard looks on as the second trash victim decides to fight back. The man in the beanie isn’t messing around and quickly begins to use his fists and feet to kick and hit the trash-throwing bandit.
A third man gets in on the action and chases the helmeted guy into the middle of the street, where he hits him as he lies on the ground and tries to defend himself. “It’s over,” the cameraman can be heard saying. “NYC summer,” he captioned the clip.
Meanwhile, the comments section popped off with people applauding the men who fought back against the guy who had the audacity to sling dirty trash in their direction.
TikTok Had Plenty To Say
“What did he think was going to happen?” one person said in the comment section. “I want to know what led up to the rampage,” another chimed in. “I love watching consequences,” a third social media user wrote. “Finally, some street justice,” a fourth comment read.
The New York streets will forever be an interesting place full of the good, the bad, and the ugly. However, they do make for some of the most entertaining social media posts, and the fans can’t seem to get enough of them.
