Machine Gun Kelly Gets Into Fight With Connor McGregor During Wild Night At MTV VMAs

Machine Gun Kelly is having the an amazing year in his career and he celebratd that with an epic performance and an award win at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards.

However, MGK’s started his night with a supposed “fight” with UFC star Connor McGregor and ended it by smashing his guitar on stage. The singer’s girlfriend, actress Megan Fox also declared the rocker as her “future baby daddy,” leaving fans to believe that Machine Gun Kelly had hiimself one wild night at the VMAs.

Yahoo.com reports that Before the VMAs ceremony at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Sunday, mixed martial artist Conor McGregor and the rapper/singer reportedly nearly got into a brawl on the red carpet. A video tweeted by a VMAs attendee appeared to show McGregor lunging and shouting at Kelly as security guards restrained him.”

Both People and TMZ report that the altercation started with McGregor asked Machine Gun Kelly for a photo and was denied. They situation then got heated with the two men trying to get physical with one another and the UFC star tossing a drink on Kelly and Fox.

McGregor later released a statement that said “absolutely nothing happened, I don’t know the guy. Nothing happened with me. I only fight real fighters, people that actually fight, you know what I mean? I certainly don’t fight little vanilla boy rappers. I don’t even know the guy. I don’t know anything about him, except that he’s with Megan Fox.”

There were no more problems between the two stars for the rest of the night as they both watched the ceremony and Mcgregor announced the winner of a category the MGK was nominated in but did not win. Kelly then went on to win an award for best Alternative Rock song for “My Ex’s Best Friend,” presented by none other than Tommy Lee who MGK portrayed in the 2019 Netflix Motley Crüe biopic The Dirt.

At the end of the night MGK took the stage with famed Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker performed a rendition of Kelly’s newest hit “Papercuts.” The two were even introduced to the stage by their girlfriends, Megan Fox and Kourtney Kardashian.

All in all it was a very eventful night for everyone there, especially Machine Gun Kelly, and it will be a night he and the fans will not forget anytime soon.
