Liza Minnelli, 69, is the daughter of the legendary actress Judy Garland, who is best known for her rolle in “The Wizard of Oz” as Dorothy Gale. Sadly it appears as if the substance abuse issues were inherited from Garland who also struggled throughout her life before dying in 1969 of an overdose. Throughout her lifetime Liza has had multiple public issues with substance abuse and has left a well documented trail, checking in and out of multiple rehabs. In 2010 Minnelli was approached by the “Celebrity Rehab” show and offered a half a million dollars to participate, but turned down the offer.
