Translation: the Lakers’ window might be closing faster than a last-second shot clock.
This is exactly why rumors of LeBron looking elsewhere make so much sense. And when you look at Dallas, the fit starts to feel almost too perfect. As Lakers insider Jovan Buha revealed over the weekend, the Mavericks have been lurking in these LeBron whispers for years. “There’s been some LeBron and Dallas buzz going on a couple of years now,” Buha said. “There’s been some buzz in the general NBA ether over the last week or two with LeBron and Dallas. Why The Dallas Mavericks?
