Khloé Kardashian is reportedly thinking about expanding her family again, but the twist? The potential father is none other than her ex, Tristan Thompson. In true Kardashian fashion, the discussion didn’t come out of nowhere. During a recent podcast moment, she opened up about still having one remaining embryo.
And while she admitted she’s not exactly bursting with energy for another baby, she does want to give her two children, True and Tatum, another sibling, per Star. She shared, “I don’t think I have the energy for another baby but I do think girls need sisters.”
However, things may be complicated. Despite their rocky past, and it has been very rocky, Tristan is reportedly on board if Khloé decides to move forward. A source claims, “Khloé hasn’t set anything in motion yet, but she does seem pretty serious about doing this, so it may happen in the next few months.”

So while nothing is confirmed, the idea isn’t just floating around casually. It’s being considered. But before anyone jumps to conclusions, this isn’t about rekindling a romance. According to insiders, Khloé is very firm on one thing: their relationship status is not changing. Even if they have another child together.
The two are said to have settled into a co-parenting dynamic that works for them, with one source explaining, “Mostly she does everything and he just plays with the kids when he has time.”
Surprisingly, that setup is something Khloé reportedly likes. It gives her control over her household while still allowing Tristan to be present in their children’s lives. Apparently, she believes adding another baby into the mix wouldn’t disrupt that balance.

At this point in her life, Khloé is said to be focused on her kids and not interested in bringing a new partner into the picture anytime soon. Which leaves her with a pretty straightforward choice. As one source put it, “She can get an anonymous sperm donor or just make a baby with Tristan.”
It’s not exactly a traditional dilemma, but then again, Khloé Kardashian has never lived a traditional life. Naturally, the internet has opinions, lots of them. Some people understand her desire to give her children another sibling, especially a sister for her daughter. Others, though, are side-eyeing the idea of involving Tristan again given their history.
At the end of the day, this California buzz is still just talk. Khloé Kardashian hasn’t made any official moves yet, but it’s clear she’s seriously weighing her options.
