Social media platforms are filled with countless videos of “Karen” sightings. The older generation seems to love causing a scene in public. However, what happens when Karen is actually “Karl?” This recently posted TikTok shows an altercation between an Illinois man and woman as this elderly man is shocked by the younger woman’s bad attitude. The clip has around 7K likes and 40K views, as the internet can’t get enough of this encounter.
The TikTok starts off with the elderly man walking up to the woman recording as she sits in her car. However, she does slightly roll the window down in order to hear what the Illinois man is saying better. “How can I be of help to you?” asks the woman as she cracks her window. “Did I do something wrong?” asks the man. However, the woman would just start throwing insults at the man instead of answering his question. She does tell him to “Get out of my face,” multiple times, though, despite the man not even really being that close to her. Yet, the video’s caption reads, “Met Karen’s husband, Karl.”
TikTok Roasts Old Illinois Man
The TikTok comment section would also share this woman’s hatred towards the man, as they would roast him relentlessly online. “He was flabbergasted,” wrote one. “He didn’t like that question, friend,” said another. “Mind you, this is my first impression of you,” pointed out a commenter. One other person stated, “You had me on the floor, girl.” Finally, one person wrote, “Instant follow! I love her energy so much.” It would seem as though TikTok doesn’t need context, as they all pile on this older man.
As the TikTok continues, the woman also continues to be quite rude to the older man. However, it is unknown what happened before the camera was turned on. Sadly, there is quite a bit of context being left out of this video as the Illinois natives continue to go back and forth.
Finally, the Illinois man states he would like to call the police, although no crime was committed. Although the TikTok would come to an end with the woman leaving the parking lot, she tells the man to go ahead and call them. At the end of the day, nobody was hurt from this small altercation. Although it was still an odd one. Hopefully, they both go about their days and next time just mind their own business the both of them.
