The TikTok user, who goes by @paralegallylady, says she walked into the Phoenix, Arizona, Chipotle on December 8 and immediately noticed a group of men wearing dark clothing, badges, and federal logos. It didn’t take long for her to realize what she was looking at: dinner time for ICE. For many, that might have been an eye-roll moment. But for this woman, it was go-time.
The video shows her filming the customers as they order. That’s when another woman in the restaurant approaches and asks why she’s “filming everyone.” The TikToker doesn’t miss a beat: “They’re ICE.” Moments later, one of the men walks over, hands her a calling card, and calmly confirms, “I work for ICE.”

She tells a woman confronting her, “People are terrorizing our [expletive] city and then coming into Mexican restaurants. People are concerned. Well, go eat somewhere else, you racist [expletive]. Go to [expletive] Cracker Barrel. Take your racist [expletive] to Cracker Barrel.” She also states that if there is no justice, then there is “no peace.”
