Working in the service industry seems to be one of the most stressful entry-level jobs in the nation. Social media apps like TikTok have made it incredibly easy to view the nightmares these employees sometimes have to deal with at work, and they are only becoming more popular as time goes on. Well, that’s exactly what these Wendy’s workers had to endure as this “Reckless” New York man got all fired up inside the restaurant. The video has around 5K views and 124K views as it continues to strive for viral status. However, social media users just can’t get enough of this man’s crazy behavior.
The TikTok begins with the man already very unhappy with the service he has been receiving at this Wendy’s. Although the way he chooses to deal with these feelings is very childish. The New York man would get up on the restaurant’s front counter to shout at the employees. TikTok users can see him standing with both feet on the counter as well as his hands on his hips, like an action pose. He can also be heard screaming to call the cops, as well as some vulgar language thrown in. The man can also be heard calling the employees “Stupid,” as well as saying, “Let’s get crazy.”

This is what really set the TikTok comment section off, though. Many would then flood to the post to let their feelings regarding the man be known. “Someone get the fry basket,” joked one. “Three inches of attitude,” stated another. One comment also read, “Elf on the shelf ain’t got nothing on him.” Finally, one commenter pointed out, “This has me so weak.” It would be safe to say that these social media users are not on this man’s side one bit.
Unfortunately, it is unknown what truly caused this whole ordeal, but one thing is for certain: this New York man is angry. Although this is not necessarily how one should deal with these emotions. That man in the TikTok clearly let his anger get the best of him and which led to him being posted online and being made fun of.
Service industry employees have to deal with insane encounters like this almost daily. However, thanks to TikTok, they are able to get their stories out there a lot easier. The New York man in this video is just one example of what these workers have to deal with. Hopefully, he has learned his lesson and won’t behave like this again. As for the Employees, they handled it the best they could and moved on with their days.
