Arizona Woman Shares List Of Controversial Things She Considers Racist And The Internet Is Floored: ‘No Way This Is Actually Serious’

Arizona Woman Shares Racist Red Flags

A woman from Phoenix, Arizona recently found herself at the center of a massive online debate after posting a video listing random things and behaviors she personally associates with racism. And let’s just say the internet had a lot to say about it.

It seemed that everyone had an opinion about the Arizona woman’s thoughts. Some of her points seemed fair, while others seemed a bit of a stretch. The TikToker revealed that she knows that most of these things aren’t associated with race. However, she personally finds them racist.

Things like mullet hairstyles immediately triggered pushback from viewers who seemed personally offended on behalf of the hairstyle itself. And because this is TikTok, the comments quickly turned into people creating even more ridiculous additions to the list.

Arizona Woman Divides Internet With Her List Of Racist Red Flags

The Arizona woman also reportedly said she feels uncomfortable in very small towns and uneasy around large groups of white or Mexican people, which became another major source of controversy in the comments section.

A lot of viewers argued that those examples crossed a line because they involved assumptions about people based purely on where they live or what groups they’re part of. Others pointed out that living in a small town is not exactly a personality trait someone carefully selects from a menu.

She also listed the American flag, Teslas, and then came perhaps the most random addition of all: gas station workers. The woman apparently connected people working at gas stations to the same overall conversation, which opened the floodgates for even more criticism online.

Many commenters felt the statement unfairly targeted working-class people for no reason at all. Others argued the video seemed less like a discussion about racism and more like a collection of the creator’s personal dislikes awkwardly grouped together.

She Stands By Her Opinions

“What does gas station workers gotta do with this? Some people are just trying to get money,” one person commented. “Some of these are really reasonable, but then like some of them are really far stretches,” said another. “No way this is actually serious,” a third person chimed in.

What’s interesting is that despite all the backlash, debate, and viral attention, the woman reportedly has not responded publicly or posted a follow-up video explaining her reasoning further. That silence has only encouraged people to keep dissecting the original clip even more.

At this point, the comment section itself has practically become its own entertainment source. People are still arguing over whether some of the items on the list reflected actual social concerns or whether the whole thing simply revealed the creator’s own biases.

One thing is certain, though: the Arizona creator definitely succeeded in getting attention. Whether viewers agreed with her or not, the internet clearly could not stop talking about the list.
