Amber Portwood shared a heartbreaking and emotional post in which she can be seen during a breakdown and crying over Teen Mom OG ‘ruining her life.
According to The Ashley, Amber Portwood claims her name has been “smeared.” The reality star is not the happiest member of the TMOG clan, nor has she ever pretended to be. However, for the past few weeks she has been expressing publicly just how really unhappy she is with how her story is being portrayed on the popular MTV reality series.
As previously reported, Amber tweeted “I have to quit this show!” Amber Portwood dropped the bombshell that she is off Teen Mom OG in an epic rant. The reality star confessed that she is done with the MTV show after “heartache” and slamming the people who made money off her pain.
She is also very tired of dealing with fans who judge her parenting, calling her a bad mom.
Portwood cried as she pleaded with fans to stop calling her a bad mom, and discussed how appearing on the MTV reality show has made her life hell.
“This s**t has really ruined my life, and my name has been smeared,” Amber said. “I go online and I get so much hate. I feel like I’m getting bullied. This show is killing me. This show has seriously ruined my image as a mom when the truth hasn’t even been put out there.”
While Amber Portwood will admit since her debut on Teen Mom OG she has really changed a lot. She has also changed her parenting techniques.
“Anything that I did nine or 10 years ago is something I did nine or 10 years ago and not something that should be thrown in my face,” Amber said, referring to her domestic violence charges against ex Gary Shirley and her time as an addict. “The only people that need to forgive me is Gary and God, not you guys.
“I will not let this show ruin this anymore, that is not me and that has not been me in a long time,” she added. “If only there was a way I didn’t have
to go online and read the hate….”
Amber believes that fans continue to believe she’s a bad mom because they are not seeing her full story being played out on the show.
“This show is seriously ruined my image as a mom when the truth hasn’t even been put out there. I have such a great relationship with [Leah].”
This emotional outburst of the past few weeks have many fans believing that this season could very well be the season that breaks Amber Portwood’s back once and for all, leaving many doubtful that Amber will return.
