Each image reveals a little more about the woman’s father’s personality and the way he chooses to live. Some of the information on the slides ranges from the man’s love of classic cars, watching sports, and going to Home Depot multiple times a week. In later slides, TikTok users also find out that the man’s daughter had recently moved from Ohio to California and was feeling a little homesick. The woman was also allegedly missing the leaves changing colors for the Autumn season.

This seems to be what prompted the woman’s father to send over an entire box full of colorful leaves from the great state of Ohio. The man’s daughter would then film TikTok videos regarding the situation, as the video’s comments went wild. “What a legend,” wrote one social media user. “The type of father I’m trying to be,” stated another. Finally, one other commenter said, “This is so freaking cute.”
It seems pretty clear that this Ohio dad has won over the hearts of the internet with this sweet gesture. It would also appear that the relationship between this father and daughter couldn’t be any more solid. This situation may be the perfect example of parenthood; despite the age of the child, a parent’s job is just never done.
