According to Life & Style, Kim Kardashian is completely falling for Odell Beckham Jr. The Skims founder is said to be so smitten with the Baltimore Ravens’ star that she’s doing things by his playbook. That includes keeping their relationship secret due to the “Kardashian Curse” and doesn’t want her to jinx anything.
“He’s deathly afraid of the ‘Kardashian curse,’” a source tells the outlet. “You’d think Kim would be offended, but she understands, or at least she says she does.” Beckham’s fear has allegedly forced him to put some ground rules in place for the reality star.
“Odell is adamant that she not post about him, no photo ops, and no red carpets together,” the informant dished. However, it seems that behind closed doors, the pair are very much together. “In private, they can’t keep their hands off each other.”
Kim and Odell have been friends for years
As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Odell Beckham Jr.’s relationship with Kim Kardashian and her famous family goes back years. The NFL player has been friends with the brood for quite a while. He was even once rumored to have dated Kim’s younger sister, Khloe Kardashian.
In November, Kardashian showed up to Beckham’s 31st birthday party while rocking a plunging leather dress. Her outfit matched the athlete’s own black leather look.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly sources claim that Kardashian and Beckham are keeping things casual for now. “Their connection was mutual and grew flirtatious pretty quickly. They’re dating, but things are still fairly casual,” the insider dished.
What is the Kardashian curse?
Over the years, talks of a “Kardashian Curse” have grown. The theory suggests that any man who gets romantically involved with a member of the Kardashian/Jenner women has bad luck in life and/or his career. Some alleged victims of the curse of been Kanye West, Reggie Bush, Kris Humphries, Lamar Odom, Tristan Thompson, Travis Scott, Tyga, James Harden, Scott Disick, Ben Simmons, and others.
If Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. are dating, keeping it a secret may be working. Beckham’s team, the Baltimore Ravens are sitting at the top of their division and look to be headed to the playoffs.
