The Masked Singer fans have been searching their brain to bring their best guesses about who the Seahorse could be. There have been plenty of famous names spit out, but a few seem to fit the bill more than others.
Who is the Seahorse on ‘The Masked Singer?’
During the Seahorse’s first performance she came out sporting a colorful costume that fit closely to her curvy body. She revealed hints such as living in an ocean, finding a quiet place to hide, and even called herself a diva.
Based off of those clues, the internet has decided that the Seahorse may be none other than singer Tori Kelly. Kelly is best known for hitting the American Idol stage. Her smooth voice could fit with that of the Seahorse. In addition, the singer has previously covered Rihanna’s “Only Girl In The World,” which the Seahorse sang during her last performance, according to Good Housekeeping.
Another popular guess has been actress Halle Bailey. She’s set to play Ariel in Disney’s live-action version of The Little Mermaid, which could fit with the hint about living under the water.

Others believe that Emily Blunt could be the person under the mask. The actress can can, we know this thanks to her role as Mary Poppins. She also starred in the horror film, The Quiet Place, which may have been teased in the clue package.
The Seahorse will compete again on Wednesday night. She’ll join the The Serpent, Crocodile, Baby Alien, and Whatchamacallit as they all try their best to stay in the competition and continue through to the next round.
Fans give their best guesses for The Seahorse
“Seahorse is Tori Kelly. It sounds like her, looks like her figure, and all the clues fit perfectly,” one fan tweeted.
“I’ve had time to think about this and before next episide [sic] airs, I’m going on record and changing my Seahorse guess to Zoe Kravitz,” another wrote.
“I honestly got Britney Spears vibes at the beginning of the song but then towards the end I felt maybe Katy Perry? But it could also be Hailee Steinfield so I’m lost,” a third person commented.
As soon as I saw the seahorse move, I said that’s Ciara!! I hadn’t even heard her Voice!! I bet it’s her!!!!” a fourth social media user declared.
The Masked Singer airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. on Fox.
