New Jersey Man Upstages Band As Grossest Headbanger Ever With ‘Disgusting’ Lewd Act At Heavy Metal Concert: ‘Freak Off The Leash’

New Jersey man caught in lewd act at rock concert

The Korn and System of a Down concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey took an unforgettable turn this week when one attendee decided to make the night about himself in the worst possible way. Instead of just rocking out to the heavy riffs, the man reportedly engaged in a lewd act in full view of the crowd, leaving nearby fans disgusted, outraged, and ultimately taking matters into their own hands.

The incident went down on August 28 during the much-anticipated Korn/SOAD double bill. According to TikTok user @bordercollieflower, who captured footage of the incident, the fan was spotted masturbating in the middle of the concert as if nothing unusual was happening. Those around him, including several women, were visibly disturbed, and who could blame them? It’s one thing to lose yourself in the music, but this guy clearly crossed a line that should never even be on the table at a live show.

Of course, New Jersey metalheads aren’t exactly known for keeping quiet when someone disrespects the vibe. Within moments, another fan confronted the offender and landed a punch to the side of his face before security was called in.

New Jersey Man Crosses The Line With Disturbing Act At Korn Concert

The video shows staff struggling to drag the unruly man out of MetLife Stadium as he resisted being removed, as if he still thought he had a right to stay after making the concert-goers around him so uncomfortable.

Naturally, the internet had plenty to say. Some viewers tried to downplay the incident by suggesting the guy was “air drumming,” but considering the horrified looks of the fans in the immediate area, that explanation doesn’t hold water. Others speculated that drugs or alcohol might have played a role in the man’s behavior, while plenty more just mocked the sheer stupidity of choosing one of the most public, crowded places imaginable for such an indecent act.

Still, the show went on. Korn and System of a Down didn’t let one bad apple ruin the night, and for the most part, fans were able to move past the incident once security handled it. “Freak off the leash,” one person commented on Reddit. “Drugs by trippy,” said another. “Disgusting creep. Deserves to be on every predator list,” a third person wrote.

The Internet Can’t Believe It

Interestingly, this isn’t the only concert scandal to make headlines lately. Coldplay’s awkward kiss cam controversy is still fresh in people’s minds, and just last month, a Morgan Wallen fan managed to get himself booted after falling several rows during a drunken stunt. It seems like concerts are becoming just as memorable for their wild audience antics as they are for the music itself.

At the end of the day, though, there’s a big difference between getting a little rowdy and flat-out committing a lewd act in public. Fans go to concerts for the music, the energy, and maybe even the chaos of the mosh pit, but no one buys a ticket to witness something like this. New Jersey has always had a reputation for larger-than-life concert crowds, but after this bizarre and disturbing incident, one thing’s for sure: this is not the kind of “metal moment” anyone ever wanted to remember.
