Working in the service or retail industry may seem like an easy gig. However, that is not the case in the slightest. There are countless viral videos online depicting that line of work as a total nightmare. Take this recently posted TikTok video, for example. The clip has around 10K likes and 97K views, as this Missouri gas station attendant has to deal with an unruly Karen as she shames her for her social media posts.
Unfortunately, the TikTok video would begin with the action already underway. With that being said, there is not a lot of context leading up to the altercation. Despite that, the clip starts off with a bang as the angry Missouri Karen is ready to rumble. She can be heard lecturing the woman recording regarding her recent “Very inappropriate” Facebook posts. However, she is also calling her pretty much every rude name in the book while doing so. The employee would then ask the Karen to see the social media she is talking about. Although when she does show her the clip, it’s just a normal video of the employee showing off her outfit. At this point, the worker has seemingly had enough as things start to escalate.
TikTok Reacts To Extremely Angry Missouri Karen
Unsurprisingly, the TikTok comment section had a lot to say regarding this encounter, as many would rush to the video in order to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes. “Did she find her husband watching the video or something? I’m so confused,” wrote one. Another asked, “How did she find you on Facebook?” Someone else also joked, “Jealousy is an ugly green monster, or a blonde wrinkled up old white woman.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “I don’t understand why people get so upset at other people enjoying themselves at work.”
As the TikTok video continues, the altercation escalates to the point where the Missouri Karen is no longer welcome in the store. Although she refuses to leave, she even dares the employee to call the police. She then shifts focus from confrontation to action. The old woman states that she has videos of the younger woman doing drugs at work, as well as other things. However, the employee denies these claims.
Finally, the Missouri gas station attendant states that if the angry Karen does not leave her store, she will, in fact, tase her. The employee then grabs the weapon from her desk and shows it to the customer. After this, the angry old lady finally decides her luck has run out and makes her escape. Although she would bang on the glass from outside the store before leaving. The TikTok would come to an end following this woman’s departure, as hopefully, the employee got through the rest of her shift without any other issues.
