Finding a suitable place to live in the United States is only getting harder by the day; prices are rising if somebody is looking to buy, and rent is sky-high everywhere. However, this recently posted TikTok video shows just how dire the situation may be as a California landlord gets into a heated altercation with one of her unruly tenants. The clip has around 10K likes and 721.1L views, as viewers apparently can’t get enough of the drama.
Unfortunately, the TikTok video begins with the action already underway. With that being said, it is unknown what caused this altercation or how long it has been occurring. However, the video’s caption does give a little context to the situation as it states, “A property manager losing her mind over an illegal eviction notice.” The older woman who can be seen in the video is the landlord, as she slams the gate in the face of the woman recording. As this happens, they are also screaming at one another regarding the eviction notice. Although things then get physical as the older California woman slightly pushes the tenant away.
TikTok Reacts To Insane California Landlord Crash Out
The TikTok comment section seemed very confused about what was going on here, as many would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and questions. “Looking like Inspector Gadget,” joke done. “Why are you being evicted?” asked another. One more comment pointed out, “I can’t tell what’s going on.” “You’re talking too much for me,” stated a separate user. Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “She put that trench coat on and chose violence.“
As the TikTok video continues, the two California women go on and on about late fees and other real-world problems. However, the situation has already escalated out of hand, as vulgar language and acts of violence are being thrown around and carried out throughout the video. At one point, the landlord finally snaps and threatens to slap her tenant.
Finally, the TikTok video would wind down as the California woman recording can be heard yelling, “How dare you,” at her landlord. The video would then abruptly cut off as the landlord calls the woman recording crazy. At the end of the day, who knows who was in the right or wrong regarding this situation? Although this was no way to act for either woman. Hopefully, everything got sorted out without too much extra drama, though. Yet, that may be too much to ask from these two.
