The internet is full of all kinds of strange videos. From public freak outs, to just about anything anyone can imagine. However, not all of them are as heartwarming as this recently posted TikTok video. The clip has around 1.8 million likes and 10 million views as a very happy Georgia couple gets engaged inside a jewelry store. Social media users seemingly can’t get enough of this love story, as this video has surpassed viral status.
The TikTok video begins with the happy couple hugging in the middle of the store. However, as they embrace one another, the man can be heard singing a song that he apparently wrote himself about how much he loves his soon-to-be wife. While the Georgia man continues to sing, the person recording can be heard talking about how they are going to be together forever and how perfect their relationship is. The man would then continue to sing as the couple sways back and forth in the middle of the store.
TikTok Reacts To Georgia Couple’s Strange Engagement Video
The TikTok comment section had a lot to say about this video, as many would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes regarding the matter. “He did it in a jewelry store in case she said no,” wrote one. Another asked, “Omg, why were you talking?” A different comment also read, “I am so irritated by everyone.” Somebody else then asked, “Why the heck would he propose in the store?” Finally, one last commenter stated, “I’d be so embarrassed.” It would seem as though most users are very confused about why he chose to propose inside the store.
As the TikTok video continues, the man recording also continues his shouting from the background. He even gives the Georgia man a fist bump as he makes his way out of the store. The video then cuts to the man on one knee as the proposal is actually taking place inside the same store they had just bought the ring from.
The video then comes to an end with the Georgia woman confirming that she will, in fact, marry the man as they embrace yet again. At the end of the day, this was a pretty wholesome moment. Yet, maybe the man recording could have stayed quiet until after everything was all said and done. Either way, as long as the two in the TikTok are happy together, that’s all that really matters.
