A video out of Tennessee is making the rounds online after one seriously inebriated woman turned what could’ve been a routine welfare check into a full-blown roadside meltdown, complete with yelling, confusion, and even an attempted bite at a police officer.
According to the video shared on Reddit, a Chattanooga police officer stopped to check on a blonde woman sitting on the side of the road. At first glance, it looked like a good Samaritan moment. She appeared injured, with a fresh scrape on her face, and clearly not in the best condition. The officer’s initial approach seemed more about concern than confrontation. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long.
When asked what happened, the Tennessee woman admitted she’d had a lot to drink but claimed not to remember how she ended up hurt or sitting in the street. Her slurred words and dazed look said it all. Still, she managed to charm with a few bizarrely friendly lines, telling the cop, “If you stick with me, I’ll stick with you.”

When he tried to maintain his professional distance, she persisted, adding, “Look at me. Let’s do this together.” His dry response, “I don’t think we need to do anything together,” was pure police restraint at its finest.
Things might’ve ended there if she had stayed put, but that’s not how this Tennessee drama unfolded. As the officer questioned nearby witnesses about what happened, one bystander claimed the woman had been seen getting out of a truck with a man just before everything went sideways. But before the witness could finish his story, the woman decided she was done sitting still. When the officer tried to stop her from standing, she went from tipsy to furious in seconds.
Yelling “You do not own me,” she began thrashing and, in a move straight out of a bad reality show, tried to bite the officer’s arm. That’s when patience ran out. The cop pushed her to the ground and restrained her, cuffing her as she wailed and screamed.

“He’s using all the wrong words. Anyone that has interacted with a combative drunk could tell you he’s doing a bad job,” one person commented. “This new Reno 911 cast just isn’t as funny as the old one,” another joked. “She must be really out of it because I don’t think I’ve ever been so smashed that going through that wouldn’t be an instant buzz kill and sober me right up,” a third comment read.
By the time the ambulance arrived to check her out, the situation had gone completely off the rails. The officer calmly informed onlookers that she’d be spending the night in jail on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and assault on an officer, quite the trifecta.
It’s safe to say this Tennessee woman learned the hard way that a drunken outburst and a police officer’s arm don’t mix. Hopefully, next time she’ll stick to bottled water instead of whatever led to that roadside scene.
