“Big Brother 25” ended in November 2023. Following Jag Baines being crowned the winner, it was revealed that a holiday special titled “Reindeer Games” would be coming to CBS. The series will feature “BB” alums competing in competitions. However, fans are still a bit salty that the show wasn’t coming back for a celebrity season.
Big Brother fans want to see another celebrity season in 2024
In the past, “Big Brother” has aired three seasons of celebrities playing the game. The stars will move into the “BB” house and play the game complete with alliances and comps. People such as Todrick Hall, Chris Kirkpatrick, Lamar Odom, Ryan Lochte, Mark McGrath, Tom Green, Tamar Braxton, and many more have appeared on the celebrity version of the series.
When a celebrity season of the show airs, it usually does so in the winter after the holiday season. However, it doesn’t look like there will be a season of “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2024. Even though, fans on social media have been vying for the series to return. They’ve even been throwing out names for who they would like to see cast in an upcoming season.
Fans dream cast Celebrity Big Brother
Although it’s nearly impossible to predict when “Celebrity Big Brother” will return, fans still can’t help but throw out their dream casting. On social media, many “BB” viewers have spoken out about who they’d love to see join the show in the future.
Names like Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matt LeBlanc, Kathy Hilton, Tonya Harding, RuPaul, Martha Stewart, Matthew Lawrence, OJ Simpson, Perez Hilton, Kris Jenner, Rob Kardashian, Pete Davidson, and many others have all been revealed by fans.
Meanwhile, “BB” host Julie Chen Moonves has previously revealed that she’d love to have Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Martha Stewart, and Snoop Dogg in the house for a celeb edition.
When will we seen another season of Celebrity Big Brother?
According to Collider, fans will see some old “Big Brother” favorites return for “Reindeer Games.” Former contestants will return to compete in a handful of episodes. However, it won’t be the same vibe.
It seems that fans would have rather had another season of the show featuring celebrities. However, because the network doesn’t plan for a celebrity season each year, there’s no telling when the next season will be.
After “Reindeer Games” ends, it seems that fans will have to wait until Summer 2024 before they see any more “Big Brother” content on television. It’s unfortunate that the network can’t seem to bring viewers more of what they love. However, diehard viewers know that it’s usually worth the wait.
“Big Brother Reindeer Games” will air on CBS in December.
