The Internet is full of videos regarding food and restaurant reviews, as well as plenty of other things regarding eating. However, this recently posted TikTok video with around 1K likes and 38K views is slightly different. The clip shows a small altercation between a couple and a very rude California man. The two handle the situation fairly well, though. This video continues to strive for viral status as social media users can’t get enough of the drama.
The TikTok starts off with the couple sitting inside what appears to be a McDonald’s restaurant location. The text on the screen also reads, “Watch as a random man comes from outside while we’re recording.” Throughout the video, the couple is just minding their own business and eating their meal together. However, this California man seemed to have an issue with that. The woman states in the video that the man was making odd gestures at their phone from outside the restaurant. Although they believed he was just making a joke at first. Yet, the man would then come inside to speak his mind. He would ask them, “Why are you recording yourself eating?” When the woman’s boyfriend told him it was for social media, he then replied, “That’s stupid.”
TikTok Reacts To Rude California Man’s Outburst
The TikTok comment section was not happy following this. Many would rush to the video to leave behind their own thoughts on the matter. “People are so miserable,” wrote one. “You guys handled it so well,” pointed out another. “Sharing an egg McMuffin is diabolical,” joked one more commenter. A different person wanted to know, “Why are some people so worried about what others are doing? Keep it moving and let them eat.” Finally, one last comment read, “I would have just ignored him.” It would appear that almost everyone is wondering what this guy’s deal was.
As the TikTok video continues, the California couple goes back to their meal, thinking the angry man has finally left them alone. However, in a crazy turn of events, he returns to talk more trash. He can be heard asking if they “Make money” from this, as well as continuing to call it “Stupid.”
At the end of the day, it seems this angry California man just wanted to cause a problem. However, this couple didn’t let his comments get to them at all. Hopefully, these two were able to finish their meal in peace following this odd altercation. As for the rude man, maybe just mind your own business next time.
