Could it be that Kris and Bruce Jenner are to involved in their own lives to really care what their youngest is up to? As previously reported, Kris Jenner has been quite busy with her new man, Corey Gamble, and Bruce has been distracted with his constant changes.
It is not know i Kylie Jenner is actually engaged to Tyga, or if these are just rumors, if the two want to wed they will most likely wait until Kylie turns 18, which is not until August.
