Jenelle Evans and David Eason left the courthouse on Monday once again without custody of their children. Accord to Radar David claims that they have obtained new evidence that will be substantial in regaining the custody of their children.
David Eason left the Columbus County Courthouse with his arms loaded with paperwork while Jenelle Evans trailed three steps behind him. Jenelle and David’s most recent troubles began after Eason brutally shot and killed the family’s beloved French bulldog Nugget.

Troubles began to snowball for both David and Jenelle following the violent incident resulting in CPS stepping in and removing all of the children from the family home. Today, David claims that they have discovered major evidence that will play a key factor in them bringing their kids back home.
The former Teen Mom 2 couple continue to put on a united front claiming to be doing everything necessary to get their children back.
Sources close to the situation stated, “Jenelle and David are digging into a government worker’s past who is involved in the case.
“They claim to have found a criminal record from a decade ago,” the source said about Jenelle and David, each of whom have been arrested themselves.
It appears that despite the “new evidence” the custody case is going to take several weeks to be determined. It also seems that Jenelle and David will stop at nothing to win their case.

In a previous report, Jenelle Evans allegedly stated that she believes her kids are not safe with her mother Barbara Evans. Jenelle claims this is due to her brother Colin Evans involvement and his past criminal history.
Colin has had at least eight separate interactions with the police since February which reportedly concerns Jenelle Evans. Incidents include break-ins, trespassers and a claim someone was putting chemicals in his drinking water.

No matter what happens next Jenelle Evans and David Eason continue to believe is that there is only one place their children belong and that is at their home with them by their side.
