Florida Couple Leaves Snacks For Delivery Drivers But Rethinks Everything When They Get One Big Request: ‘Adult Money Can Be So Fun’
The internet and social media have a lot of videos of people being mean to one another. Sadly, that’s what viewers love to see, so that’s what will keep going viral. However, sometimes a wholesome clip can slip through the cracks, though. Take this recently posted TikTok video as a prime example of that very scenario. The clip has around 134K likes and 1.4 million views as this Florida couple goes above and beyond for their local garbage man.
The TikTok video starts off by being filmed through a Ring doorbell-like camera, as is the whole video. However, viewers can see the couple’s waste management worker approaching the porch, as there is a bowl of snacks and a fridge full of drinks waiting for him. It would seem as though this is not a new experience, but more of a common occurrence. The Florida couple allegedly put out food and drink for all of their delivery drivers as well. As the man thanks the camera for the refreshments, he jokingly states that they need to put a little pool and chair out on the porch so he can dip his feet in.
TikTok Gushes Over Florida Couple’s Kindness
However, as the TikTok goes on, the Florida couple actually head out to the store, and purchase a small swimming pool and a lawn chair for the man. What follows is a small montage of the husband setting up the pool and chair. Finally, when the waste management employee comes back and sees the pool, he gets right in and soaks himself.
The TikTok comment section was rolling after this, as many users would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and jokes. “Adult money can be so fun,” claimed one. “He definitely enjoyed himself,” said one more. A different commenter also joked, “You know it’s hot out there if he baptized himself.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “He needed that! Glad he relaxed for a minute or two.”
Sadly, the TikTok video would then come to an end with the Florida garbage man thanking the couple yet again for all of their kindness. At the end of the day, this was certainly a very nice act by this family. Hopefully, they can continue to do these kinds of things for as long as they want. It clearly brings a smile to this man’s face, and surely to the faces of others.
