Farrah Abraham is bashing the boxing match promoters calling them “criminals,” and accusing them of bullying her after she announced she was dropping out of the upcoming November 10 Celebrity Boxing Match.

Always one to speak her mind, whether she is right, or wrong, Farrah Abraham has been threatened with a cease and desist letter. People Magazine reports that the Boom Cups Celebrity Boxing Showdown promoters are ready to go at Farrah in court if she continues with the “defamatory statements and libelous communications.”

John A, Gallagher, the legal rep for celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman issued Farrah with the cease and desist letter which stated Feldman has been “subjected to ridicule, scorn, embarrassment and potential loss of earnings” due to Abraham’s “insulting, offensive and slanderous comments” towards Feldman and the boxing event.

“We demand that you cease and desist from any further communications concerning our clients,” Gallagher states, claiming that Abraham has previously called Feldman an “awful person” and allegedly said, “I don’t speak with people who don’t really care about anti-bullying.”

Farrah Abraham immediately responded to the letter by issuing an exclusive statement to People magazine stating that by not refunding ticket receipts, Feldman’s camp was “in breach of their contract.”

“The public now knows the truth. All parties associated, including the women now fighting are frauds. Samantha Goldberg, Damon Feldman, Michael Makowski and Boom Cups all need to cease and desist using my face and name for press and publicity. They’re criminals.”

Earlier this week Farrah announced that she was dropping out of the celebrity match against due to the promoter failing to live up to his end of the contract.

Inquisitr also reported that Abraham claims that she had to quit the celebrity boxing match, where she was supposed to fight against former Flavor of Love star, Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander, and that it’s not her fault she’s no longer involved in the event.

Abraham claims that Damon agreed to book flights and hotel rooms for her mother, Debra Danielson, and her daughter, Sophia, as well as her coaches and numerous guests to come and watch the event.

At this time it appears as if Farrah could be returning to the courtroom again in the near future. Feldman and fellow promoter Samantha Goldberg are prepared to sue for big money.

As reported by Hollywood News Daily last Friday, Farrah entered a guilty plea to avoid a possible jail sentence. The plea bargain also included that the battery charges against the former Teen Mom OG star were to be dropped with Abraham sentenced 2 years probation, 5 days of community service and a lifetime ban from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Should Farrah Abraham lose the potential lawsuit it appears she should be prepared to possibly fork over millions.
