Montana Woman Cleans Out Late Father’s House But A Mystery Locked Box Stops Her In Her Tracks: ‘Scared To See What’s In It’
People keep all kinds of strange things in their homes; it’s actually fairly normal. However, sometimes when those people pass on, they leave behind a lot of questions regarding those strange items. Take this recently posted TikTok video, for example. The clip has around 37K likes and 2.4 million views as a Montana woman goes through her late father’s bedroom, only to find a locked box. Social media users are seemingly on the edge of their seats waiting to see what’s inside.
The TikTok video would begin with the woman stating, “Hey guys, I’m cleaning out my dad’s bedroom.” However, she then pulls out a drawer from the dresser, and underneath is a locked box. The box seems to be an old tool or tackle box, and it is just sitting on the floor, locked. The Montana woman then fumbles around with the lock for a little while. However, it’s to no avail, and she also states in the clip that she has no idea what key goes to this lock, or where it might be at.
TikTok Reacts To Montana Woman’s Discovery
Nevertheless, the Montana woman would then post a Part Two TikTok video. In that clip, she can be seen taking the box back to her own home in order to break it open. Yet, before that, she can be heard talking about how she is, in fact, “Scared to see what’s in it.” She then gives viewers a good look at the lock and the box before busting it open with some sort of tool. Finally, to the woman’s delight, the box was filled with a small part of her father’s coin collection.
The TikTok comment section was also buzzing about this, as many users would rush to leave behind their own thoughts and opinions regarding the discovery. “There’s an app that you can download so you can take a picture of the coins, and I’ll tell you if they’re valuable or not,” wrote one. Another pointed out, “This is why I don’t have a will. My greedy kids get nothing I have.” Finally, one last person’s comment also read, “Please save the tackle box, too!”
As the video comes to an end its clear that the items do hold sentimental value to the Montana woman. However, she does claim that she plans to split them up between her five siblings, as they did with the other stuff they found. At the end of the day, this was a very cool find, and hopefully, everyone got a little piece of this fine collection.
