It all started with a Texas man in a black Corvette. He stopped to fill up his gas tank, and ended up fighting with a Karen who didn’t like how loud his car was. In a clip that’s now making the rounds online, a woman is seen approaching the parked vehicle with a level of intensity that feels like it came out of nowhere. The driver had just started the car, and that’s when things took a turn.
Instead of walking away or covering her ears, the woman marched right up to the Corvette and kicked it. From there, things escalated quickly.

She began shouting at the driver, demanding that he confirm he heard what she was saying, almost like she needed verbal acknowledgment before continuing. And when he did respond, telling her he heard her and asking her to back away from the car, that didn’t exactly calm the situation.
If anything, it added fuel to the fire. The woman claimed she suffers from tinnitus and insisted the sound of the engine was causing her pain. Instead of de-escalating, she doubled down, raising her voice, making threats to call the police, and continuing to hover around the car.
At that point, the Texas driver had clearly had enough. He stepped out of the Corvette and walked over to the woman’s truck, seemingly to grab her license plate information. And while he stayed relatively calm, the same couldn’t be said for her.
As he returned to his vehicle, she reportedly hurled offensive insults at him, including repeatedly using the r-word. He, for his part, ignored the comments and focused on checking the area she had kicked, even trying to wipe it down.
Honestly, it’s the kind of restraint that’s rare in situations like this. Meanwhile, the internet was not so restrained. The clip quickly sparked a flood of reactions, with viewers weighing in on everything from the woman’s behavior to how the driver could’ve handled it differently.

One person joked, “Dude missed a classic opportunity to get in and REV that mf up!!!” Another didn’t hold back, writing, “She needs to stay in a padded room filled with soothing music while heavily medicated.”
And of course, there were those who leaned into the absurdity of the moment, with one commenter saying, “I would have kept saying WHAT every time she spoke and then rev’d it every time she replied.” Others summed it up more bluntly: “She is certifiable.”
It’s unclear if the police were called, or if the Texas Karen had any legal consequences for how she chose to handle the situation. However, the internet was rooting for her to be held accountable.
