The Ohio woman, now a popular TikTok creator, shares visiting a new OB/GYN for a standard exam. She wasn’t nervous. In fact, she was comfortable enough to joke around. She even recognized some of the staff and assumed everyone understood her tendency to use humor to ease medical anxiety.
The problem? The doctor didn’t know her at all. During casual conversation, she mentioned something felt “fishy,” clearly setting up what she believed was an obvious joke. What the physician didn’t know was that she had planned a visual punchline to go along with it. One she assumed would get a chuckle or, at worst, an eye roll. Instead, it detonated the appointment.
