When you live in an apartment complex, you expect a little noise. Maybe the occasional argument, a slammed door, or someone microwaving fish at 2 a.m. However, one Ohio man got a front-row seat to absolute chaos after sharing footage from his doorbell camera, and the internet can’t stop watching.
The TikTok, filmed in Columbus, Ohio, shows what started as a random late-night doorbell ring that quickly spiraled into a full-blown neighborhood circus. The clip, which has already pulled in thousands of views, begins with eerie screaming sounds echoing through the hallway before a man eventually appears on camera.
Right away, things felt off. The man frantically rings the doorbell and starts pacing the hallway, clearly irritated that no one is answering fast enough. At one point, he blurts out, “Oh my god,” while waiting. When the homeowner finally speaks through the doorbell system and asks if he’s “Good,” the stranger explains that someone stole his phone and says, “It’s all I got.” He also asks to use the homeowner’s phone.

Unfortunately for him, the answer is no. The Ohio resident explains it’s 3 a.m. and that he has to be up for work soon. That’s when the visitor drops another bombshell, claiming he’s “Homeless” and has nothing left. While the situation is sad, the homeowner still refuses to open the door. But if you think that’s where the story ends, think again.
Just as the late-night visitor walks away, the video suddenly cuts to the apartment across the hall. A woman opens her door and struggles to wheel out a large cart. The cart gets stuck in the doorframe, and instead of gently adjusting it, she starts aggressively kicking it out of pure frustration.
The video shows multiple clips of her battling this cart like it personally wronged her. Kicks, shoves, and visible rage all caught on camera. The Ohio homeowner barely has time to process the situation before it escalates into what can only be described as a late-night sitcom scene.
TikTok Can’t Get Enough
To make things even funnier, the man who posted the video added text asking viewers: “What side of town y’all think I live on, in Columbus, Ohio?” The comment section exploded with guesses and jokes, turning the already wild clip into pure internet gold.
“Just all in your business,” one person commented of the people seen in the footage. “Apartment 52 got some anger issues,” said another. “Columbus is unreal. I love my city,” said a third. “This feels like a fever dream,” a fourth comment read.
