Sean Diddy Combs’ Thursday in court started with more than just legal drama. The music mogul waltzed into his federal civil trial and immediately landed in hot water. Judge Arun Subramanian wasn’t playing around today and quickly put the rapper in his place over his inappropriate courtroom behavior.

Diddy has seemingly been nodding furiously while staring down jurors and making some serious eye contact. The judge wasn’t having it. He warned Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo that if the courtroom behavior didn’t stop, sanctions were on the table, and he had no issue with banning Combs from the courtroom entirely.

The tension only increased on day 17 of the Diddy trial as his attorneys tore into Bryana Bongolan. They pressed her hard over her frightening allegation that the music mogul Sean Diddy Combs threatened her life by dangling her off a 17-story balcony.

Diddy’s legal team went hard, arguing there was no way he was in L.A. on the date she claimed on September 26, 2016. Instead, they say he was on the East Coast, busy with the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour. They even dragged in evidence: a hotel booking under his alias “Frank Black” at Trump International in Manhattan from Sept. 24–29, plus a public appearance with then-girlfriend Cassie that same day in NYC, according to TMZ.

Still, Bongolan’s testimony was chilling despite the date mix-up. But prosecutors jumped in. They pointed out it was nearly a decade ago and offered a possible correction. They say Cassie allegedly texted someone on Sept. 30, so that lines up more closely with the timeline.

She claimed she was either smoking or about to light up a blunt with Sean Diddy Combs on a balcony when he suddenly grabbed her and held her over the edge, screaming “You know what the f*** you did,” Bongolan testified … before she said he pulled her back onto the balcony and slammed her into the furniture.

With the judge clearly losing patience and more victims set to testify, Diddy’s legal nightmare is far from over. The courtroom is heating up fast with each passing day. The pressure’s mounting. If Sean Diddy Combs thought his fame could shield him, this trial looks to be proving otherwise.

One wrong move and he could be watching the rest of it unfold from outside the courtroom doors. Stay tuned because if this week’s chaos is any sign, the real fireworks are still to come. Especially with “Victim #2,” known only as “Jane,” about to take the stand, things are about to get even messier.
